MyCustoms helps creators offer custom videos. Built for YouTubers, MyCustoms has everything you need to start selling individual, personalized videos to your fans.

It's simple! Create a free account, set your prices, share it with your fans, and start taking orders in just a few minutes. Customers pay upfront, and earnings land directly in your Stripe account.

There's no monthly fee so we only make money when you do. To cover our costs of building and running the service, MyCustoms takes a creator friendly 10% fee on completed videos.

You can decline any request at any time for any reason. MyCustoms puts creators first, and that means only filming requests that you want. Your viewer will simply get an automatic refund with a polite message that you are unable to fulfill their request.

MyCustoms hosts videos on our site, and we give your viewer a watch link by email. It's the same system as unlisted YouTube videos, but we handle all the customer contact.

When a request is submitted, an authorization (or "hold") is placed on the viewer's card for the total payment. It's then captured by you when you upload their video, landing directly in your Stripe account. This makes it easy for you to avoid payment processing fees for denied requests.

Nothing crazy... 7 days is just the limit placed by card networks (like Visa) for authorization holds. After 7 days, the hold expires uncaptured, so we ask the viewer to resubmit their request if this happens.

Your personal success manager is a private, safe contact you can reach at MyCustoms to help with everything from marketing your page to questions about the platform, payments, or anything else. All creators who sign up have access to a personal success manager they can reach at any time.
